Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ATG Beats for using ATG Studio (atgstudio.app), on its own or through Claude. By using ATG Studio you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 (and old enough to agree to these terms where you live). Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account, including actions you ask Claude to take there.

Credits

• Generations and edits are paid with credits. The price is shown or quoted before a job runs.
• If a job fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and don't expire while your account is open.
• AI output is creative and varies. We don't refund credits because you didn't like a result; you can run it again.

Plans, payments and refunds

• Memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum) renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time on the Plans page; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Once any of a period's included credits have been used, that period's payment isn't refundable.
• Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used.
• The course can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you've watched less than 20% of it and used fewer than 100 of its credits. After that it isn't refundable.
• To ask for a refund, email beats@atgbeats.com. When a payment is refunded, the unused credits it added are removed.
• Except as listed here or where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we answer refund requests quickly. If you open a dispute or chargeback, we may put your account on hold (no generating, editing or posting) until it's resolved, and we'll send the bank a record of your account activity and your agreement to these terms. If a chargeback goes against us, the credits that payment added are removed, any membership ends, and we may close the account.

Your content

• You keep the rights to what you upload and what you make with ATG Studio. You give us permission to store, process and post it only to provide the service to you.
• Only upload, use or post material you have the rights to, including songs, likenesses and voices. Don't use someone else's face or voice without their permission.
• Storage is limited by plan. On the Free plan, files you upload or make are deleted 30 days after they're created (saved characters' photos, your saved outro and posts still waiting to publish are kept), so download anything you want to keep.
• AI output can be unexpected. Review everything before you post it; you're responsible for what you publish.

Acceptable use

Don't use ATG Studio to make or post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive (such as passing off a real person's likeness as real without permission) or infringing; to spam; or to break the rules of the platforms you post to or of the AI providers we use. Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Connected platforms

When you connect YouTube, Google Drive, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, you also follow those platforms' terms. ATG Studio posts only what you approve. Platforms may limit, delay or change how posts appear, and we aren't responsible for their decisions.

The service

ATG Studio is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Ending

You can stop using ATG Studio and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you about big changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
