Privacy Policy

ATG Studio (atgstudio.app) is run by ATG Beats (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use ATG Studio, including through Claude, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and sign-in information.
• Your files and creations: files you upload, files you choose from Google Drive, the images, voiceovers and videos you make, and your saved characters and defaults.
• Connected accounts: when you connect YouTube, Google Drive, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, we store the access tokens that let ATG Studio act for you, plus the account name and id. Tokens are encrypted and never shown to anyone, including you.
• Your own API keys (optional): if you turn on “Use my keys with Claude” on the API Keys page, we store your MiniMax, OpenAI and ElevenLabs keys, encrypted, and use them only to run the generations you ask for. Untick it to delete them. Otherwise your keys stay in your browser.
• Posts: the titles, captions and settings of posts you publish or schedule, and their status and links.
• Billing: your credit balance and purchase history. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Basic logs: technical logs (such as errors and request times) used to keep the service working.

How we use it

Only to provide ATG Studio to you: to make your images, voiceovers and videos, to edit them, to post or schedule them to the accounts you connected, to charge and refund credits, and to support and secure the service. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't use your files to train AI models.

Google user data

ATG Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google Drive: ATG Studio can open only the files you pick in the Google file picker (and files it creates). It reads them to use in your videos, when you or Claude ask it to. It never changes or deletes your Drive files.
• YouTube: ATG Studio uploads the videos you approve to your channel, adds them to the playlist you choose and reads your channel name and playlists to show them to you.
• Google data is used only to provide these features to you. It isn't sold, used for ads or shared with anyone except as needed to provide the service, and no person reads it unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it.

Who we share with

We use these providers only to run the service, and only with what each one needs:

• Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (hosting).
• AI providers that make your media from your prompts and reference files: MiniMax (video), OpenAI (images) and ElevenLabs (voice).
• Stripe (payments).
• The platforms you post to (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), which receive the videos and text you approve.
• Anthropic's Claude, when you connect ATG Studio to Claude. Claude sees the results of the tools it uses for you.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data and files while your account is open. When you disconnect an account on the Connections page, its tokens are deleted right away. When you delete your account, we delete your files, creations, connections and posts within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.

Your choices

• Disconnect any connected account on the Connections page at any time. You can also remove ATG Studio from your Google, Meta or TikTok account settings.
• Delete any upload or creation in the app.
• Delete your account and data, or get a copy of it, by contacting us at beats@atgbeats.com. We reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit; access tokens and saved API keys are also encrypted at rest. Each account can only reach its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect yours and will tell you if a breach affects it.

Children

ATG Studio isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the app or by email.
